Dr. Than Than Myint is a Professor in the Department of History at the University of Yangon, Myanmar. She studied at Yangon University, where she received her BA (Hons), MA, and doctorate in history. Her research areas include Administration and Development Studies, with a special interest in women’s participation in social development. She provides guidelines for MA theses and PhD dissertations. Her teaching field is Contemporary Myanmar History for both undergraduate and postgraduate classes.
