Dr Win Mar Hlaing

Bio Data

Prof. Dr Win Mar Hlaing has been serving as Professor and Head of the Department of International Relations and Political Science at the University of Yangon since October 2025. She earned her PhD in International Relations from the University of Yangon in 2005. She began her teaching career as a tutor at the University of Yangon, where she worked from 1994 to 2011. She later served as Professor and Head at the Yangon University of Foreign Languages from 2011 to 2023, and at Mandalay University from 2023 to 2025.
