Tin Tin Mar has been working as an Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations at the University of Yangon since 1997. She obtained her B.A (Hons), M.A and PhD degrees in International Relations from the University of Yangon (UY). She is responsible for teaching International Relations courses to undergraduates as well as supervising PhD students. Her research interests include the Korean Peninsula and Myanmar- Korea Relations. Papers on “The Sunshine Policy and the Process of Korean Reunification”, “The Significance of UN Conferences on Climate Change”, “The Spratly Islands Dispute” and “Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Development Assistance to Myanmar after 2010” were published in the Journal of the Myanmar Academy of Arts and Science in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2015.
